Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not a contract for the sale of coffee — that happens at the counter, or through whichever delivery service you order from.

Demonstration project. Juniper & Bean Café is a portfolio piece rather than a trading business. Menu items, prices, hours and contact details are invented and nothing here can actually be ordered. These terms are a realistic working template and have not been reviewed by a lawyer.

Using the site

You may read, print and share these pages freely. Please don’t:

  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
  • scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people;
  • reuse the branding, photography or written content as your own (see below);
  • use it for anything unlawful.

Menu, prices and hours

Everything shown is indicative. Availability changes daily, seasonal items come and go, and prices can change without the site being updated the same morning. Nothing here is a binding offer. If a detail matters — an allergy, a closing time, whether we still have the Ethiopian lot — please call and ask.

Allergens

Descriptions are not a complete allergen list. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs and soy, and we cannot guarantee against cross-contact. Speak to staff before ordering if you have an allergy.

Ordering and delivery

Delivery is fulfilled by DoorDash, not by us. Following that link takes you to their platform, where their terms, pricing, fees and refund policy apply. We have no control over their service and are not responsible for it.

Intellectual property

The name, logo, photography and written content on this site belong to Juniper & Bean Café unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

Some parts are third-party and carry their own licences:

  • Map tiles © Esri, incorporating data from Esri, HERE, Garmin and OpenStreetMap contributors.
  • Interface icons from Lucide (ISC licence), and mapping by Leaflet (BSD-2-Clause).
  • Typefaces Jost and Nunito Sans, under the SIL Open Font Licence.

We link to DoorDash, Google Maps, Apple Maps and others for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

This site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is current.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Juniper & Bean Café is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
